Ownership Agreement
I understand that I must take my new puppy to the Vet within 48 hours of recieving.
I understand that should a Health Problem occur that results in a Fatality that it is my responsibility to return the Puppy ASAP at My Expense to the Breeder with Documention from a Vet of what the Terminal Condition is.
I understand the Breeder has the Option to Replace the Puppy with another Available Puppy is one is available at the time.
I understand that the Breeder makes no Guarantee on the FInal Adult Size/Color of this animal.
I understand that I must provide regular health care for this animal.
I understand that I will provide a loving caring home for this animal and at no time shall this animal be placed in an animal shelter.
Under no circumstances will Refunds be made on Shipped Animals.
Failure of purchaser to comply with any of the above conditions will void this contract.
