Application For Adoption

I understand that is my application is accepted I must place a NON REFUNDABLE $200.00 Deposit within 24 Hours to hold my Puppy.
All information is required to be complete or application will not be accepted.
Applicant will be notified by Email when their Application For Adoption has been accepted.
At that time the Applicant will have 24 HOURS to place a Deposit to hold the Puppy.
Once the Puppy is 6-8 weeks old the Final Payment will be required to be made.
Applicant clearly states there are no children in the home under the age of 6 years of age. (This is for the protection of the puppy)
Applicant clearly states that they will provide a Loving and Caring home for their Adopted Puppy.
Applicant states they will provide necessary Vet Care for their puppy thru out the life of the puppy.
Applicant clearly states that they are NOT a Breeder.
